Our client is looking for a Experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master :
Job overview:
- Manage the teams to self-organize and provide accomplishment of sprint goals
- Take care that the scrum process is well understood and followed
- Organizing and facilitating project planning the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Coordination of the release rollout process
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
- Leading internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
- Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution and cross-team coordination
- Supporting the Scrum Team to be accountable for their commitments
- Supporting of creativity and self-organization of team members
- Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
- Recommend improvements and ensure the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable
- Collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, to be 1st point of contact for the Business analyst and Commercial project manager and Košice developing team
