Reporting to the French Assembly Production Unit Manager, the Production Supervisor is accountable for :
Managing the multi-shift production teams to reach Performances targets (Safety, Quality, Delay, Costs)
Ensuring a high-Quality level and manage the deviations (Secure, Alert, NCC, sorting actions, quality crisis, standards respect)
Ensuring a close communication with the team (performances, news, etc.) and with the French team
Managing the logistic activities and the production planning (Kanban orders, finish products, inventory, stocks levels)
Ensuring compliance with the legal regulations (Health and Safety, Environment, Labour code, Social Program) and with the social partners
Managing trainings and the teams development (legal trainings, skills development, polyvalence matrix)
Ensuring recruitments
Coordinating of employees (holidays, illness, trainings, disciplinary actions,…)
Managing the Maintenance and Facilities activities
Participating to the new projects linked to the French team and manage the customer audits
Požiadavky
University education in a technical field - specialization in Mechanical Engineering with knowledges in electrical engineering at university or secondary school is preferred
At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position
Experience in management of production teams
Good organizational and self-organizational skills
Good technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering
Knowledge of automation,
Ability to independently remove or repair sensors in case of failure
Assembly production process konwledges
Experience with production planning, materials management, warehousing and logistics
Understanding of labor law agenda and personal data protection agenda
Knowledge and understanding of HR issues (attendance, salaries, remuneration)
Active knowledge of English language, knowledge of French language being a plus
Advanced PC user (MS Office, skillful to use Excel), SAP and KANBAN is an advantage
