We are looking for a candidate with fluent English, advanced Excel and strong data orientation. You will:
- Process requests via International HR Data management system
- Execute a range of different action requests into the International HR database
- Processe mass upload files
- Respond to client email queries
- Analyze and improve system
- Communicate with different parts of HR department (HR BP, staffing, payroll)
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience preferably in an International HR or Finance function
- A University Degree or a professional HR/IT/Business Administration qualification
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (pivot tables, complex reports)
- Flexibility to work across a variety of time-zones
