We are looking for HR Business Partner willing to relocate to Belgium to work for an international employer in the automotive field.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Identifying the needs of the employees and managers to create and optimize the HR processes and policies
- Supporting Talent Acquisition in identifying recruitment needs
- Ensuring close monitoring of KPIs with the local management team and implementing action plans
- Working together with the HR team in various HR processes and projects
- Close partnership with the HR manager
- Proposing innovative HR solutions
