Popis práce

Your daily tasks will involve:

Assisting clients with technical and functional issues in buildings where they are located
Creating solutions how to fix or repair the case
Working mainly with ticketing system
Providing feedbacks and follow-ups to clients
Improving, innovating manuals

Požiadavky

If you are interested in this job position please, send us your CV if you meet following requirements:

ENGLISH on advanced level C1
French or Arabic on advanced level- C1
Valid work permit with permanent residence for Slovakia
One year experience in client service, support, helpdesk
Communicative and friendly team member who is not afraid to work hard in rather small team (8 people)
Motivation for communication and international environment
