A NEW international service provider is hiring highly customer- oriented people in order to support their client through customer service.

This job comes in two major forms: it consists of certain level of communication with customers but also analyzing owner experience and undertaking steps to avoid negative feedback.

You will:

• Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness towards international clients
• Be a pro-active member of the customer care team
• Managing customer support processes with external clients
• Handling incoming calls and solving cients´ questions regarding their products
• Strive for First Contact Resolution and resolve customer queries
