As a cash collection specialist for a renown international company, you need to be based in Slovakia already and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Taking responsibility for a selected portfolio of business clients and vendors
• Daily phone or email communication in foreign languages (English and Turkish) regarding unpaid invoices and inaccuracately paid invoices
• Problem solving of open accounts and investigation of possible errors with unpaid invoices
• Sending reminder letters and executing cash collection calls
• Reporting activities to the manager and communication with account managers
