Lead and manage a team of administrators to ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and payments.
Oversee global corporate card operations, including Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Cards, collaborating with bank for account management and reconciliation.
Manage the process for rebates earned through corporate travel and purchasing card activity.
Address escalations in expense payment support and develop procedures for operational issues.
Analyze service deficiencies and implement remediation strategies.
Collaborate on developing a strategic roadmap for overall expense management.
Travel Policy/Agency
Support global corporate travel programs, policies, and user-facing educational content for relevant tools.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive operational improvements.
Propose strategies for risk mitigation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
People Management
Supervise a diverse team, guiding on complex issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support T&E continuous improvement initiatives.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including business owners and IT.
Participate in presentations, meetings, and workshops to inform decision-making.
Požiadavky
English - Advanced (C1); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Over 7 years of relevant experience in SSC setting.
At least 2 years of experience with expense reporting tools such as SAP Concur Expense, focusing on configuration and maintenance.
A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles with experience in change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technology solutions in business terms, build relationships, and influence others.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Movex, and AX (preferred).
2 days per week US working time (13.30 - 22.00)
