We present you the latest edition of our annual Salary Guide, which offers the most comprehensive overview of private sector wages in Slovakia. At the same time, we provide you with information on the factors influencing this year's wage developments.
For the second time, we have included a chapter focusing on graduate wages, which include starting salaries without variable components. Here you will find 26 positions from a variety of industries.
The survey itself was conducted during Q3 2024 in 8 regions of Slovakia and analyses almost 360 job positions in 8 different industries. It also includes the Business Services sector. The figures presented are primarily based on the starting salaries of the job seekers we brokered employment to and further on the search queries of the companies. The figures in the overview above include the usual gross monthly salaries in euros, including variable components.
We only provide surveys to our existing or prospective clients, or their HR departments, in hard copy. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be emailed.
