Salary Guide 2023

We present you the latest edition of our annual Salary Survey, which offers the most comprehensive overview of salaries in the private sector in Slovakia. We also provide you with information on the factors influencing this year's salary development and explain the reasons why salaries are rising slower than the inflation rate.

We have newly included a chapter focusing on Graduate Salaries, which include starting salary evaluations without variable components. Here you will find 26 positions from a variety of industries.

The survey itself was conducted during Q3 2022 in 8 counties across the country and analyzes nearly 360 positions in 9 different industries. It also includes the Business Services sector. The figures presented are primarily based on the starting salaries of the job seekers we brokered employment to and furthermore on the search queries of the companies. The figures in the overview above include the usual gross monthly salaries in EUR, including variable components.

We only provide surveys to our existing or potential clients, or their HR departments, in hard copy. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be emailed.
