HR Survey 2023

At the beginning of the year, we bring you a look back at the past period, a mapping of several current topics and an outlook for 2023.
All this through your eyes, from the perspective of HR professionals for whom the concepts of employee, employer and employment are key.

The survey was conducted from the 5th of January to 1st of February 2023 and the responses of 207 companies were taken into account, from all regions of Slovakia. These were mostly manufacturing companies (58%).  

We mapped the situation in companies and their HR departments, we found out what challenges companies and their HR managers had to face most often last year. We haven't forgotten about current and well-publicised topics such as whistleblowing, workplace bullying and unisex toilets.
