Job description

Do you like to communicate with Turkish and English speaking clients? And do you also have experience in AP/AR? You are probably at the right place then! As a senior cash collector for a renown international company based in Bratislava, you will cover the following tasks:

Responsibility for a selected portfolio of business clients and vendors
Daily phone or email communication in foreign languages (English and Turkish) regarding unpaid invoices and inaccuracately paid invoices
Responsibility for complex cases and coming up with satisfactory solutions for both the company and the client
Iinvestigation of possible complicated errors with unpaid invoices
Sending reminder letters and executing cash collection calls using excellent communication skills
Reporting on cases to managers

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following requirements:

Excellent command of Turkish and English (C1 level) both in written and oral form
Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or other Finance related department
Client-oriented, communicative and dynamic personality
Currently based in Slovakia
Active user of MS Excel
