Ensuring the availability and stability of IT resources
ServiceDesk management in a designated area by monitoring requests and setting a time frame for their resolution
Providing support to Users in the purchase, use and maintenance of both hardware and software
Responsible for monitoring all servers, computers, network equipment, telephone systems, and printers, notifying the BackOffice administrator of issues as needed
Technical support for software and hardware issues for local site employees
Monitoring the condition and maintaining a clean and organized server room and storage rooms
Creation of technical user manuals and system documentation

Requirements

Kandidát by mal mať:

Two-year Business IT degree on MBO plus level or equivalent business experience and certifications;
Experience of end user IT support ( production company - big advantage )
Experience in project management
Organizational skills with the ability to multi task;
English language - communication level
