· Network operation support of retail customer in Germany
· Providing E2E delivery, management and consulting, 3rd level of support
· Wide range of network area responsibilities
· LAN/WAN, Switching and routing, security, WIFI, etc.
· Solving request changes and incident tickets
· Investigation and identification of problems
· Communication with clients
· Position includes on-call support from time to time, but the operation center also has individual 24/7 help desk department that covers most incidents
· At least 3 years of experience in network engineering/administration at 3rd level of support
· CCNP knowledge (certification is advanced)
· Fluent English C1
