• To manage internal budget, and be able to propose adjustment for his team personal and department

costs, pending on planning demand

• To assure highest level of security and safety in the execution of his daily job, and maintain similar level for his team members during the day-to-day operating business
• To assure daily production in regards to customer demand and establish production planning in

respect with Site standards

• To continuously track the production, logistics, measure any deviation, and

develop action plan to achieve targets

• To assure daily personal adjustments to cope to the customer demand
• To be the warrant for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costs standards
• To be the operations representative in any new product program
• To assure pre-production for any new program, in respect with Corporate and Site Standards
• To establish all actions to get a smooth start-up: active program team member, recruitment, training, standard implementation, test and control, measurable set-up, etc. He is the pilot for any open issues associated to production/Quality and Material Management
• To make sure all his Team members are actives in the continuous improvement plan
