Are you a strong leader with experience with Italian payroll? Do not hesitate and contact us.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of payroll analysts
  • Manage payroll activities
  • Suggest improvements in order to ensure timely and accurate payroll processes
  • Possibility of participating on implementation of payroll processes in new countries
Requirements

Requirements for candidate:

  • Minimum of 5years of experience in managing and leading finance teams
  • Experience with managing payroll team is an advantage
  • Advanced level of English language- C1
  • Any other langugage is preferred, not a must
  • Strong leader
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with SOX compliance is an advantage
