Job description

Underwriting is one of the core activities for our client in order to assess the risk and for a business to function properly. Join a dynamic team who supports several markets across the region of EMEA.

  • Support of teams based in the major cities across Europe
  • Individual risk assessments and recommendations
  • Assessment of medical and financial documents
  • Registration of underwriting cases
  • Reporting
  • Communication with stakeholders across Europe
Requirements

Requirements for suitable candidate:

  • Advanced level of French (C1) as you will work with French language daily and you need to be familiar with medical and financial vocabulary as well
  • Upper intermediate level of English language (B2)- you need to be able to communicate with your colleagues in English without difficulties and your training is in English as well
  • University graduate
  • Motivation for medical topics and working with these topics
  • Life & Health experience with underwriting skills would be a real advantage, but they are not necessary
  • Flexible candidate with critical thinking and good communication skills
  • Stress resistance- the client needs to have an answer within 24 hours, so the job may be a bit fast paced sometimes :)
