Job description

If you have more than 5 years of experience in underwriting, you know well the insurance environment and you would like to move forward and focus on process improvements, continue reading:

Main responsibilities of the team are:

Updating guidelines related to underwriting processes across the company
Coming up with proposals to improve and make the processes more effective
Valuating the content of the underwriting standards
Reporting and presenting action plans to Chief officer and to other executives

Requirements

We will consider you for the position if you have:

More than 5 years of experience in underwriting
Excellent knowledge of English – C1 advanced
Professional presentation – active communication with managing directors
Motivation to become an expert not manager
