Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Card/Concur Expense Management

  • Lead and manage a team of administrators to ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and payments.
  • Oversee global corporate card operations, including Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Cards, collaborating with bank for account management and reconciliation.
  • Manage the process for rebates earned through corporate travel and purchasing card activity.
  • Address escalations in expense payment support and develop procedures for operational issues.
  • Analyze service deficiencies and implement remediation strategies. Collaborate on developing a strategic roadmap for overall expense management.

Travel Policy/Agency

  • Support global corporate travel programs, policies, and user-facing educational content for relevant tools.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive operational improvements.
  • Propose strategies for risk mitigation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle ad hoc requests as needed.

People Management

  • Supervise a diverse team, guiding on complex issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support T&E continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including business owners and IT. Participate in presentations, meetings, and workshops to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • English - Advanced (C1); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Over 7 years of relevant experience in SSC setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with expense reporting tools such as SAP Concur Expense, focusing on configuration and maintenance.
  • A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles with experience in change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technology solutions in business terms, build relationships, and influence others.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Movex, and AX (preferred).

2 days per week US working time (13.30 - 22.00)
