Job description

Use your GERMAN and ENGLISH on a daily basis. Become customer care hero!

  • Provide complex care to customers regarding their request via phone or e-mail
  • Communication with clients from German speaking countries but also others from all over the world so you will practice English as well
  • Communication with team and other internal departments
  • Working with internal systems
Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of GERMAN and ENGLISH
  • Pro-client attitude
  • Working experience in call center/customer service is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, strong communication skills, organizational skills
