Job description

Currently we are looking for a candidate who likes to communicate with clients and speaks Italian and English language.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding orders, delivery time, address, products etc.
  • Managing orders
  • Solving undelivered orders and problems
  • Other administrative tasks in internal systems

Who are we looking for?

  • Fluent Italian language (C1) and communicative English language (B2)
  • Completed at least bachelor degree at the University
  • Flexible and communicative candidate
  • Previous working experience in customer service is huge advantage
