Job description

Are you communicative person, do you enjoy helping others and would you like to find a stable job position?

This position offers dynamic, active and friendly environment where you can be in touch with clients and learn a lot in the process. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Helping customers answer their questions and inquiries via telephone, email or other media
  • Keeping records of interactions for future needs
  • Working with systems in order to find needed information about clients
  • Cooperation with other departments if needed
  • Following-up on customer inquiries if needed
Requirements

The requirements are simple, so if you can communicate fluently in English and French (B2 level), both in a written form and verbally, have pro client attitude and have strong communication skills, click on APPLY.

If you have previous experience from a client facing position, it may be your advantage but it is not necessary.
