Benefit Survey 2023

You are receiving another edition of our exclusive survey, which maps the interest of Slovak employees in financial and non-financial benefits. As it turns out, their role in motivating and rewarding employees is growing year by year. 1,043 respondents participated in the survey, and we interviewed them about what benefits their current employer provides them, but also what employee benefits they would be interested in.

For the survey to reflect the current situation as faithfully as possible and to be as accurate as possible, we divided the respondents and the final results into blue-collar workers, i.e. employees from among workers and craftsmen in the field of production, employees from IT and telecommunications, and white-collar workers, represented by employees of office departments, especially finance, HR, business and marketing. Additionally, we also observed differences in preferences between individual age groups.

We provide surveys to our current or prospective clients or their HR departments in hard copy only. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be emailed.
